When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Advance Purchase Rate Plans: Payment taken at the time of booking. Strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Direct bookings with flexible rate plans: Cancellation policy – Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to 2 pm day of arrival. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the guest will incur a charge to the value of the first night.

3rd Party bookings with flexible rate plans: Cancellation policy – Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to 2 pm day of arrival. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, the guest will incur a charge to the value of the first night.

A refundable damage deposit of €100 will be charged for each reservation. The damage deposit will be collected prior to arrival before codes will be released for check-in. This deposit covers any potential damages during your stay and will be refunded in full on the day of checkout if no damage has occurred.
